This Privacy Notice explains how AB Marketing (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores and shares personal data when you visit our website, contact us or enquire about our services, book or receive our services, subscribe to our emails or download a resource, or interact with us on social media.

AB Marketing is the trading name of Annika Bowhay Marketing. AB Marketing is the data controller for the personal data we collect about you.

A) To respond to enquiries and provide our services

  • Purpose: Handling enquiries, providing quotes, onboarding, delivering services and communicating with you.
  • Lawful basis: Performance of a contract, or taking steps to enter into a contract.

B) To manage our business

  • Purpose: Invoicing, accounting, record-keeping, scheduling, business administration and legal compliance.
  • Lawful basis: Legal obligation and legitimate interests.

C) To improve our website and marketing performance

  • Purpose: Website analytics, conversion tracking, troubleshooting and understanding what content and campaigns are working.
  • Lawful basis: Consent where required for cookies/pixels, and legitimate interests where applicable.

D) To send marketing communications

  • Purpose: Sending newsletters, updates, workshops, resources and relevant marketing content.
  • Lawful basis: Consent for email marketing lists, or legitimate interests where permitted under PECR, for example existing customer relationships where applicable.

We use cookies and similar technologies on our website. Some are essential for the website to function. Others help us measure performance and improve marketing.

Where third parties act as processors on our behalf, we ensure appropriate contracts are in place.
